
Development & Activation Services for The General Administration of Local Competencies Projects
A project was launched to provide services for developing and activating the general administration for local competency projects, as this administration represents one of the innovative and developmental arms to enhance innovation in the fields of the organization’s work in a way that contributes to accelerating the pace of generation and implementation of innovations and in a way that contributes to achieving the desired goals which includes examining the current status of general management operations for competency projects, knowledge transfer and capacity building, identifying opportunities to automate processes and procedures, achieving harmony and consistency between the work layers of public administration and enabling public administration to achieve its goals.
